Hunter Stoves Returns Policy
We understand that, on rare occasions, you may need to return an item, whether due to ordering the wrong part or receiving an incorrect item. Please see the details below.
- Returning Spares and Accessories
How to return:
- All return requests must be made by contacting our Customer Service team at info@hunterstoves.co.uk.
Shipping options:
- We can arrange for collection of the items, which will incur a charge as outlined below.
- Alternatively, you may use your own courier; in this case, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Costs and packaging:
- Unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly, the cost of returning the items is your responsibility.
- Items must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging and packed securely to ensure they arrive in a resalable condition.
- You must include a completed Returns Form, with the original order information clearly marked. A blank form can be downloaded here or, please write the following information on a piece of paper and include:
- Order number
- Order date
- Customer name
- Customer email address
- Customer delivery address
- Item/s being returned
- Reason/s for return
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the invoice price, minus any delivery or collection charges, within 30 days.
- Stove Returns
- If you need to return a stove, please contact your Installer or Retailer directly to discuss the process.
