Stove Scrappage Deal Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

• The Stove Scrappage Deal (“the Deal”) is offered by Hunter Stoves (“the Company”) to encourage the replacement of non-eco-friendly stoves with new eco-friendly models (“Eco Models”) as part of our commitment to the environment.
• By participating in the Deal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Deal is available to all official Hunter Stoves retailers.
• The Deal is applicable only when replacing a non-eco model stove with a qualifying Hunter Stoves Eco Design 2022 appliance (for wood-burning stoves – this does not apply to Electric or Gas models).

3. Offer Details

• Participants can save up to £250 off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) on selected models.
• The amount of savings depends on the model being purchased. A list of models and applicable savings is available as part of the offer details.

4. How to Claim

• To benefit from the Deal, participants must quote “Scrappage Deal” when emailing orders@hunterstoves.co.uk or calling the sales office on 01392363444.
• Participants must mention the non-eco model appliance being replaced at the time of claim.

5. Savings Breakdown

• Savings are as follows: £250 off on select models, £200 off on another set of models, £150 off on additional models, and £100 off on further selected models.
• The detailed list of models and corresponding savings is available as part of the offer documentation.

6. Offer Period

• The Deal is valid until May 2024. Claims must be made within this period to qualify for the savings.

7. Additional Terms

• The Deal cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
• The Deal is subject to the availability of the models. The Company reserves the right to substitute a model of equal or greater value if the specified model is not available.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Deal at any time without prior notice.

8. Data Protection

• By participating in the Deal, you consent to the Company using your personal information for the purpose of administering the Deal. All personal information will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
