  • How do I register my stove for extended warranty?

    You can register your stove on our warranty registration page Product-Registration.

  • I have a problem with my new stove, what should I do?

    See our warranty information for details, you will need to go through the company you purchased the stove from for any warranty claims.

  • How do I clean my stove?

    Our stoves are finished with a heat resistant paint and this can be cleaned with a dry microfibre cloth or dry soft brush. Water based or other cleaning products should not be used.

  • I have lost my installation instructions, how do I get a copy?

  • What is Cleanburn technology?

    Cleanburn technology means that more of the fuel is ignited, resulting in an increased heat ouput, less smoke and a cleaner enviroment.

  • What is Airwash?

    Our innovative airwash draws air from the top of the stove, heats it up in the Airwash chamber and then sends it down behind the glass door, creating a screen between the fire and the glass. Smoke or combustion particles do not come into contact with the glass, so you don’t need to clean it.
