As long as the stove is purchased from a recognised and authorised Hunter Dealer it will come with a standard 2 year warranty. However this excludes naturally wearing ‘consumable’ parts such as:
Glass & seals, firebricks, grate parts, baffles, log retainers, pilot assemblies, thermocouples, fuel effects.
For the warranty to be valid your appliance must be installed by an appropriately qualified engineer in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and Building Regulations and serviced within 12 months of installation for the 2nd year to be valid.
Hunter Stoves also issue a 5 year warranty on cast iron parts such as cast doors on steel bodied stoves, this excludes any cast iron grates & parts, side plates, log retainers etc. If bought through an unauthorised stockist or internet trader we are only obliged to support the statutory requirements. The appliance must be service annually for this warranty to be valid.
